Birthday Parties
Rent our facility for your next birthday party or special event. Choose from one listed below or call us for special arrangements. Parties may be held on Saturday or Sundays.
Climbing Wall Parties
Cost: $100.00 for up to 10 climbers; a second insructor may be hired for $15/hour. Includes: One hour on the climbing wall, one hour in the cafe room, and certified instructor.
Swimming Parties
Cost: $100.00 for up to 25 swimmers, a second lifeguard may be hired for $15/hour. Includes: One hour in our small pool, on hour in the party room, Red Cross certified lifeguard, and balloons.
Ultimate Parties
Cost: $175.00 for up to 12 children. One hour in the pool, one hour on the climbing wall, and one hour in the party room. Includes: Certified wall instructor and lifeguard. Additional instructors may be hired at $15/hour.
Conferences
The Alfond Youth Center offers a large meeting place in our triple gymnasium. (Capacity from 100-500 people)
- Several Small break out rooms and a large game room
- The Harold Alfond Memorabilia Room (10-40 people)--Features a large professional board table, comfortable seats, and Harold Alfond exclusive sports memorabilia
For special events, we offer a six-lane lap pool, climbing wall, and outdoor recreation space. From 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM Monday through Friday, we offer thte finest meeting accommodations in Central Maine!
Project Graduation
Think about having your Project Graduation at the AYC! There are endless possibilities for large group activities.

The package deal includes use of the pool for 3 hours, 3 gymnasiums, 2 hours of wall climbing, large gym for dancing/basketball/volleyball, cafeteria with seating for 80+, Teen Center, Game Room, Movie Room, and much more!

Camp Tracy Retreat and Outdoor Center
Our Retreat and Outdoor Center is avalaible year round to businesses, schools, churches and any community groups. We offer a tranquil setting for your group. Ideal for orientations, team building, strategic planning, retreats, focus groups, board meetings and/or department meetings. Overnight accomodations are avalaible.
